Ingrediënten:
2 eetlepels zwarte chiazaden
1 sinaasappel, geperst
1 eetlepel pure ahornsiroop
2 kopjes heet water
Bereiding:
1 Meng de zwarte chiazaadjes, heet water, sinaasappelsap en pure ahornsiroop in een grote glazen karaf.
2 Zet in de koelkast en laat 2 uur afkoelen.
3 Roer en geniet.
